width:48px;height:48px; margin: 0; padding: 0; border: none; box-shadow: none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rayivey.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/plugins\/social-media-feather\/synved-social\/image\/social\/regular\/96x96\/instagram.png\" \/><\/a><p> To:<\/p>\n<p> Mark Hurd<br \/>\nChairman of the Board,  Chief Executive Officer and President<br \/>\nHewlett-Packard Company<\/p>\n<p> Just a quick note to let you know why you are losing me forever as an HP customer.<\/p>\n<p> I own the HP Office Jet Pro L7590.\u00a0 I did not realize until today that it has the following stealth &#8220;feature&#8221;:\u00a0 The printer provides no ability to override use of the color ink cartridges to print in strictly black and white.<\/p>\n<p> This is perhaps the stupidist product feature I have ever seen.\u00a0 It clearly exists just to force me to have to buy more overpriced ink cartridges.<\/p>\n<p> I am about to get on a plane,  and I need to print out a several page Microsoft Word document.\u00a0 It&#8217;s COMPLETELY black.\u00a0 No yellow in sight.\u00a0 But because my yellow cartridge is empty,  the printer refuses to work.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> I do not have a car.\u00a0 I do not have the time to make it to the nearest store which carries your overpriced ink cartridges.\u00a0 Therefore,  even though I HAVE LOADS OF BLACK INK IN MY BLACK INK CARTRIDGE,  I cannot print this TOTALLY BLACK DOCUMENT.<\/p>\n<p> There should have been a big warning (in YELLOW,  perhaps!) on the box of this printer when I was purchasing it.\u00a0 &#8220;WARNING!\u00a0 BUY LOTS OF EXPENSIVE YELLOW INK CARTRIDGES SO YOU&#8217;LL BE ABLE TO PRINT YOUR BLACK AND WHITE DOCUMENTS!!&#8221;\u00a0 You should be embarrassed to foist such ludicrously gimped products onto the public.<\/p>\n<p> I have bought nothing but HP printers for my business for the last twelve years.\u00a0 That policy ends today.<\/p>\n<p><div itemprop=\"aggregateRating\" itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/AggregateRating\">Average Rating: <span itemprop=\"ratingValue\">4.7<\/span> out of <span itemprop=\"bestRating\">5<\/span> based on <span itemprop=\"reviewCount\">241<\/span> user reviews.<\/span><\/div><\/p><p>\n<script type=\"application\/ld+json\">\n{\n  \"@context\": \"http:\/\/schema.org\/\",\n  \"@type\": \"Review\",\n\"datePublished\":\"April 29, 2026\",\n  \"itemReviewed\": {\n    \"@type\": \"Product\",\n    \"name\": \"Male Enhancement Pills\"\n  },\n  \"reviewRating\": {\n    \"@type\": \"Rating\",\n    \"ratingValue\": \"4.7\"\n  },\n\n  \"author\": {\n    \"@type\": \"Organization\",\n    \"name\": \"LegitScript\"\n  },\n  \"reviewBody\": \"Excellent quality at low price.
