The documentary chronicles the group’s preparation for an upcoming concert. You get to know the individual chorus members and watch their rehearsals.
I cannot remember the last time a movie felt more like a tonic, or a gigantic B-12 shot. I defy anyone to come out of this movie feeling anything but euphoric.

I’ve seen some of the performaces on tc and on youtube. I found their version of “Fix You” by Coldplay to be particularly moving. Using the main singer’s oxygen tank as the main percussive aspect of the song was so brilliant.
What’s even heavier about the “Fix You” performance is that is was supposed to be a duet with another man who died the week of the concert. His widow and children were in the audience for the song.
